Getting Started

1

Project Consultation

We work to understand what you’re looking to accomplish and provide advice to maximize project success. TES provides a timeline of what to expect and when.

2

Contractor Selection

You will need an experienced electrical contractor. You can use your own or we can recommend one of our Installation Partners.

3

Site Assessment

Every property is different, and a site survey provides an opportunity to review all the requirements onsite with the property manager, the building engineer, the electrical contractor, and a TES Manager.

4

Project Approval

You will receive a quote for your approval from your TES Sales Manager.

5

Install Charging Stations

The electrical contractor will hook up 208/240 voltage and install the charging stations. We provide templates and you add the signage and paint the parking spaces.

6

Setup, Pricing & Access

Setup is easy. We manage all aspects of the program, driver billing and payment, including full remittance to you, the station owner.

7

Open Stations

Drivers can now access your stations through a variety of methods: The SemaConnect App or Smart Card Leading driver programs like PlugShare, EVgo, and ChargeHub Traditional credit cards.

Lease Programs

DSI has partnered with Great America and Fittle to provide leasing options to ease the initial startup costs associated with offering EV charging services.
